Common questions about working with us.
What's the minimum order quantity?
We're flexible. For standard label runs we can work with quantities as low as 100 units, though pricing improves at higher volumes. For custom die-cut shapes or specialised materials, minimums may vary — get in touch and we'll work something out.
What label materials do you offer?
We print on a wide range of substrates including vinyl, polyester, polycarbonate, aluminium, and various paper stocks. Material choice depends on your application — whether the label needs to withstand heat, UV exposure, chemicals, or outdoor conditions. We'll recommend the right material for your use case.
How long does an order take?
Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days from artwork approval, depending on complexity and quantity. Repeat orders with existing artwork are usually faster. If you have a tight deadline, let us know upfront and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you do design or artwork?
We can assist with basic artwork setup and adjustments, but we're label printers first — not a design studio. If you have a designer, we'll work directly with them to make sure files are print-ready. If you need artwork created from scratch, we can recommend someone.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector formats — AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined and colours specified (Pantone or CMYK). High-resolution PNG or TIFF files (300 dpi minimum) also work for simpler labels. We'll check your files and flag any issues before printing.
What areas do you deliver to?
We're based in Johannesburg and deliver throughout South Africa. Local collections from our Johannesburg facility are also welcome. For bulk or recurring orders, we can arrange scheduled deliveries.
Can you match Pantone colours?
Yes. Colour accuracy is critical for product labels, and we work with Pantone references daily. Provide your Pantone codes and we'll match them precisely. We can also do test prints for colour sign-off before a full run.
